PARKING (for Thursday SunTrust Park Welcome Ceremony & tournament games at Wills Park, Webb Bridge Park & Ocee Park):

Parking available at SunTrust Park for Thursday night Opening Ceremonies is at the following locations:

  • In LOT 29 N (3050 Circle 75 Parkway Atlanta, GA 30339) on the corner of Windy Hill Ridge Pkwy and Circle 75 Pkwy and walk across the pedestrian bridge to SunTrust Park. PLEASE CARPOOL - Space is LIMITED.
  • OVERFLOW PARKING In the RED DECK - entry off of Circle 75 Parkway and Heritage Court
  • Parking for both decks are FREE, BUT RED DECK is ONLY up to four (4) hours and will begin to charge after that time

Parking is available at the following locations at Wills Park:

  • On-site parking (in front of the Pool House)
  • Next to Wacky World Pavilion on Rucker Road
  • Off-site parking at the Community Center parking lot off on Roswell Street
  • American Legion lot on Wills Road near Veterans Field

On-site parking is limited so we encourage carpooling. Please do not leave any valuable items visible in your cars. DO NOT park in areas that say "No Parking" or the areas that have red paint along the curb. Cars will be ticketed and/or towed.

Parking is located at the following locations at Webb Bridge Park:

  • In the lot nearest the entrance and closest to the first major rectangular field
  • In the second lot from the entrance (on the right) nearest the set of rectangular fields
  • In the third lot from the entrance (closest to all baseball fields) - continue to follow the road around the park to arrive here

Parking is located at the following locations at Ocee Park:

  • In the lots immediately adjacent to the part off of Buice Road
  • The lot stretches all along Buice Road - please carpool as best as possible.

TOURNAMENT INFORMATION:

REGISTRATION: Each team must fully complete their team registration via LeagueApps - link is on our Registration and Rules page. After payment is complete, follow the steps to add players and staff to your team roster. This helps us collect waivers, birth certificates, t-shirt sizes and other pertinent information.

TEAM CHECK IN: Teams may pick up their registration packets beginning Thursday, July 12th at SunTrust Park during the coaches meeting (TBD) through Friday morning at Wills Park and Webb Bridge Park and Ocee Park. The main contact for each team must check-in BEFORE their first game at any location. Each team will receive tournament information, goodie bags, t-shirts and copies of the rules and schedules.

EQUIPMENT: All teams must provide their own drinks, baseball equipment, bats, gloves, baseballs (at least 2/per game), and first aid kit. Rubber cleats are permitted on the turf and regular fields. NO SPIKES on Field #4 at Wills Park (turf field).

TEAM PHOTOS: Team photos will take place immediately following the Welcome Ceremony at SunTrust Park, please wear your team uniform (at least the jersey/hat) for this portion of the event. The Braves will email the photos to the coaches 1-2 weeks after the tournament. Braves player (TBD) will take photos with each team.

CHILDREN'S HEALTHCARE OF ATLANTA: As the Official Youth Sports Medicine Provider of the Braves Youth Baseabll Classic, CHOA will be providing on site athletic training coverage including first aid and emergency care for the participants of the tournament. Should any player need assistance, please contact a site director or Braves staff member to get the trainer to assist.

RAIN POLICY: Baseball games will not be rescheduled due to the limited access to the fields.

REFUND POLICY: Unfortunately there are no refunds for Braves tickets and tournament fees.

BATTING CAGES: There are batting cages available at the parks on a first come, first serve basis.

SPECTATOR FEE: There is no cost to watch the baseballs games for spectators.

SUNTRUST PARK PRE-GAME CEREMONY: Every skills competition winner, per age group, will be honored on field pregame, prior to the Braves vs. Diamondbacks game on Friday, July 13th. Details will be shared with the Skills Competition Winners immediately following each competition.

PRE-GAME PARADE: All coaches and players are invited to participate in the Pre-Game Parade. Please line up on the 3rd Base Ramp (Section 135/137) by 6:20 p.m. on Friday, July 13th.

DIRECTIONS TO SUNTRUST PARK: Take Georgia 400 South to 285 West towards Chattanooga/Birmingham. Take the I-75 S/US 41 exit from I-285. Take Circle 75 Parkway to your desination. PLEASE NOTE: You will need to direct yourself to your purchased parking lot location. Specific parking lot addresses will be shared with you. The Braves have partnered with the app, Waze, and we encourage you to use it to help you park.

RAIN POLICY: If the Braves game is cancelled due to inclement weather, fans will have an opportunity to exchange their tickets for another game.

REFUNDS: There here are no refunds for Braves tickets and tournament fees.

WILLS PARK AMEMENTIES: Wills Park features a dog park, a 1.5 mile walking/running trail, equestrian arenas, swimming pool, 3 playgrounds, tennis courts, baseball fields, and basketball courts. The swimming pool will be open Saturday and Sunday from 12-6 p.m. The General Admission fee is $1.00 for anyone associated with the Atlanta Braves Youth Baseball Classic. You must mention the ABYC to the Pool Cashier to get this rate. Children under 3 are free. Dogs must be on a leash. There is an off-leash dog park called Waggy World Paw Park between Roswell Street and Wills Road. Paw park amenities include off-leash areas for large pups and small pups, water foundations, and park benches. The park opens from 8 a.m. to dusk. Animals are not permitted on athletic fields. Grills and tents are allowed; however, no grills allowed on athletic fields or in areas where a fire could spread. There will be concessions stands open during the three-day tournament. No alcohol or tobacco is allowed on-site. There is no RV Parking in the ball field parking lots, however, there is an area for campers near the equestrian center.
